Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with strong hands-on experience in the execution of large-scale building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating workmen and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality, productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and instructions from the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Manage and supervise skilled and unskilled manpower at site.
- Allocate daily work to workers and subcontractors and monitor productivity.
- Supervise activities such as RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and other civil works.
- Ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works as per quality standards.
- Read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other site teams for smooth execution of works.
- Monitor availability and proper utilization of construction materials, tools and equipment.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment and workmanship during construction.
- Identify and report site issues, technical problems and delays to the concerned engineer.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and required productivity levels.




- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure secure working practices at the site.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team and ensure rectification of quality-related issues.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures, PPE requirements and safety instructions.
- Maintain daily work records, manpower reports and progress updates.
- Support the engineering team during inspections, measurements and project handover activities.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.

Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in large-scale building construction projects.
- Must have experience in at least 4–5 large building projects.
- Experience with projects valued approximately at ₹100–150 Crores will be preferred.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Hospital Projects, Residential Projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
- Good understanding of structural, architectural and civil drawings.
- Strong manpower handling and site supervision skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma – Civil Engineering

Experience: 12–15 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
