About the Role

Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Electronics & Electrical Trainer for its skill development program. The trainer will deliver the RSLDC SAKSHM Scheme course "Repair of Home Appliances & House Wiring," covering electrical safety, wiring, and hands-on repair of home appliances, taking trainees from basic to advanced practical competency.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and hands-on practical training as per the SAKSHM "Repair of Home Appliances & House Wiring" curriculum.
- Teach electrical fundamentals: conductors, insulators, voltage, current, resistance, AC/DC, earthing, and use of voltmeter, ammeter, wattmeter, energy meter and multimeter.
- Train candidates in domestic house wiring: wiring layouts, PVC casing-capping, joints (twist, married, tee), T.W. board fixing, and installation testing.
- Train candidates in repair and servicing of home appliances — electric iron, kettle, ceiling/table fan, washing machine, cooking range, storage heater, wet grinder, geyser, etc.
- Demonstrate and supervise practicals on pipe/plate earthing, insulation resistance testing, and safety rescue procedures for electric shock.
- Conduct safety training, including fire-fighting practices and secure use of electrical tools and equipment.
- Assess trainees through tests and practicals,



and maintain batch records, attendance and progress reports as per RSLDC/SAKSHM norms.
- Cover the basic entrepreneurship, soft skills, and computer literacy module included in the course.
- Coordinate with the Zucol Training team for batch scheduling, tool-kit and material management, and reporting.

Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of basic to advanced electrical and electronics concepts and domestic wiring systems.
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of home appliance repair and troubleshooting (iron, fan, cooler, kettle, washing machine, etc.).
- Familiarity with electrical tools and instruments — multimeter, megger, voltmeter, ammeter, energy meter, soldering iron, crimping tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi (English preferred).
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply to trainees from varied educational backgrounds.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet) preferred for the computer literacy module.
- Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in electrical-electronics or ITI background will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com, etc.) OR relevant technical qualification.
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Electronics is mandatory.
- Candidates local to or willing to work at Sarsaina, Rajasthan will be preferred.
