Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B; Captain located in Gurugram.



The F&B; Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Specific tasks include supervising staff, managing food service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining communication with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Supervisory Skills and Service Standards experience
- Proficiency in Food Service and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
- Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management is a plus
