About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of mobile application development, and practical knowledge of modern state management solutions.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS while working closely with our UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Implement responsive and pixel-perfect UI based on design specifications.
- Work with APIs, third-party services, and backend integrations.
- Implement effective application state management using Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data efficiently.
- Write reusable widgets and components to improve development efficiency.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, and scalability.
- Conduct testing and debugging across different devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language.
- Good understanding of the Flutter framework and widgets.
- Practical experience with at least one or more state management solution:
- Provider




- BLoC / Cubit
- Riverpod
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, Futures, Streams, and JSON.
- Knowledge of responsive UI development for different screen sizes.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of Android and iOS application development and deployment.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code.

Positive to Have
- Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, or Analytics.
- Experience with push notifications and deep linking.
- Knowledge of local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and mobile app deployment processes.
- Experience publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Understanding of basic mobile application security and performance optimisation.
