About the Role

HP Singh is looking for an experienced and people-oriented Floor Manager to lead our retail floor operations and create a seamless, welcoming, and premium customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion, textiles, retail operations, and customer service, along with the confidence to lead a team and manage day-to-day floor activities. We value candidates who bring a mature approach to customer handling, team management, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day retail floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve store and individual targets.
- Ensure customers receive a warm, personalized, and premium shopping experience.
- Assist the team in handling key customers and high-value sales.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, product presentation, and floor discipline.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and organized.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for product availability.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Support the team with product knowledge related to fabrics, collections, trends, and styling.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, retail processes, and service standards.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in fashion retail, premium retail, apparel, textile, lifestyle, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Store Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Retail position will be preferred.




- Strong experience in handling and developing retail teams.
- Good understanding of customer service, sales, and retail floor operations.
- Confident and polished communication style with a customer-first approach.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle customers with patience, maturity, and professionalism.
- Good understanding of fashion, fabrics, styling, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.
- Exposure to established fashion, lifestyle, textile, or premium retail brands will be highly valued.
- A stable and consistent career journey with a strong sense of ownership will be appreciated.

Someone who can naturally connect with customers, understand their requirements, guide the sales team, and maintain the overall experience and standards expected from a premium retail environment.

Candidates who have worked in well-established brands or premium retail environments and have experience dealing with discerning customers will be particularly suited to this role.
