Experience: 3–5 years in jewellery retail/showroom sales
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise showroom floor activities.
- Guide and monitor sales executives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming and product knowledge.
- Ensure proper jewellery display and adherence to company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager and other departments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements: Good communication, leadership, sales and customer-handling skills. Jewellery retail experience preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
