KRA1 Carbon Black Despatches To prepare correct schedule of despatch & arrange transportation for achieving Customer satisfaction on delivery performance.

- To update despatch programme as per D.A. received form Marketing deptt.
- To co-ordinate with warehouse & quality control deptt. for availability of stock.
- To co-ordinate with transporters for placement of trucks as per despatch programme.
- To prepare the Delivery Order for loading of truck.
- To prepare invoice for despatch of finished goods.
- To send despatch documents and e-mail message to Delhi office for communicating daily dispatch details onwards to customers.

KRA2 Insurance Claim To Prepare documents for Insurance claims of finished goods for recovery of loss amount from Insurance company.




- To get Insurance survey reports from transporters/consignment agent for lodging Insurance claim.
- To Prepare the Insurance claim and recover the loss amount from Insurance co.

KRA3 Sales Tax To keep track of Sales Tax Forms received for timely Sales Tax assessment.
- To maintain & update correct records related to Sales Tax Forms.
- To send partywise & periodwise details to Delhi Office of pending sales tax Forms.
- To follow up with Delhi Office for getting Sales Tax Forms.

KRA4 QMS To execute quality management system activities for achieving d esired quality standards set by unit .
- To prepare , update quality system documents for Sales department in consultation with Head Sales Deptt.
- To participate in various relevant meetings for reviewing & improving working of department
- To participate in QC / 5-S / TPM and KSS activities for achieving desired quality standards.
