Position: Floor Assistant

Department: School Administration / Student Support

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations on the assigned floor.

Monitor student movement during arrival, dispersal, breaks, and transitions.

Support teachers and staff with routine floor-level requirements.

Ensure students follow school rules and maintain appropriate discipline.

Assist students with basic needs and direct them to the appropriate teacher or staff member when required.

Monitor common areas, corridors, and classrooms for cleanliness and order.

Report any student concerns, incidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the concerned authority.

Assist during assemblies, events, activities, and emergency situations as instructed.

Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff for floor-related requirements.

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for students and staff.

Perform other duties assigned by the school management.
