S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of automotive coolants, brake fluids and lubricants, supplying major automobile OEMs across India. The company is expanding rapidly and strengthening its logistics and distribution infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to manage a company-operated fleet of approximately 70 commercial vehicles based at our Chopanki, Bhiwadi facility.
The role will include complete responsibility for fleet operations, including:
- Day-to-day vehicle deployment and scheduling
- Driver recruitment, supervision and discipline
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown management
- Fuel efficiency and operating cost control
- GPS tracking and route adherence
- Vehicle utilisation and turnaround time monitoring
- Insurance, permits,
fitness and statutory compliance
- Coordination with workshops, dispatch teams and transporters
- Fleet performance MIS and management reporting The ideal candidate should be a practical, hands-on qualified with 8–10 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transport operations or industrial logistics, preferably with experience managing a sizeable commercial vehicle fleet.
