Role Description The Fleet Acquisition Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in West Delhi, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This position is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a reliable fleet of delivery partners to support CityMall’s community-led logistics network.

Day-to-day tasks include sourcing new fleet partners, conducting negotiations, coordinating documentation and compliance, and ensuring timely activation of delivery resources. The role also involves monitoring fleet performance,



resolving operational issues, and collaborating with operations, logistics, and community leader teams to optimize delivery coverage and service quality.

Executive will maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of fleet acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

- Experience in fleet acquisition, vendor onboarding, or partner management within logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage and retain delivery partners and vendors.
- Ability to analyze basic operational data, track performance metrics, and use insights to improve fleet utilization and coverage.
- Knowledge of local geography in West Delhi and nearby regions, with familiarity in fieldwork, on-ground sourcing, and community outreach.
- Comfort with digital tools and apps for managing fleets, documentation, and coordination (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM, or logistics platforms).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with robust ownership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in startup or community-led business models is an advantage; understanding of the Bharat consumer segment is a plus.
