Role Description The Financial Planner will provide comprehensive, fee-only personal financial advice to individual clients, helping them optimize budgeting, saving, investing, retirement planning, and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing their financial situations, developing tailored financial plans, and presenting clear recommendations aligned with their goals.

The role involves ongoing monitoring of client plans, adjusting strategies based on changing circumstances, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai,



requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and consistent client-facing interaction.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to analyze cash flows, investments, and risk profiles.
- Experience in Personal Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, including creating long-term strategies for financial independence.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or progress toward CFP certification, or equivalent professional qualification in financial advisory.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial modelling.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms and building client trust.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
- NISM Investment Adviser XA and XB preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple client relationships, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
