Key Responsibilities

- Drive financial planning, analysis (FP&A;), and business strategy support.

- Own and manage the P&L; analysis (revenue, cost, profitability) and present insights for leadership.

- Lead and monitor the budgeting process for all P&L; items including revenue and costs.

- Handle revenue accounting accruals and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

- Oversee intercompany and related party transactions with proper controls.

- Provide financial guidance to teams across geographies and support business heads with data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.

- Work on automation initiatives and leverage Gen AI tools for efficiency in day-to-day operations.

- Develop and deliver impactful MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.





- Collaborate with stakeholders and confidently engage with senior leadership on financial insights.

Required Skills & Competencie

- sStrong knowledge of Finance, FP&A;, Budgeting, P&L; management

- .Hands-on experience with SAP and financial reporting tools

- .Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- .Exposure to Gen AI applications in financial analysis and reporting

- .Good understanding of Revenue Accounting Accruals, Taxation (Income Tax, GST), and Intercompany transactions

- .Ability to work independently while also guiding global teams

- .Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- .High confidence to interact with business heads and senior management
