We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis and possess strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and reconciliation processes. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L;) Statements.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies.
- Prepare and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Review financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and prepare analytical reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L; Statements, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Financial Modeling and company financial analysis.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
