Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to support commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, and investment activities. The role involves financial analysis, financial modeling, market research, performance tracking, valuation, and reporting. The Analyst will collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, accountants, and investment professionals to monitor asset performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategies that maximize property value and returns.

Duties Responsibilities

- - Assist with real estate asset and portfolio management.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and asset performance.
- Monitor occupancy, rental income, operating expenses, and other performance metrics.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, investment proposals, presentations, and investment memos.
- Conduct market and competitive research.
- Review financial statements, leases, rent rolls, and tenant information.
- Monitor lease expirations, tenant activity, capital expenditures, and property initiatives.
- Support asset valuation and financial modeling using Excel and industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, accountants, and investment teams.
- Support loan requests and investor/lender reporting.
- Identify risks, opportunities,

Education Training
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or a related field. Knowledge of real estate financial modeling, investment analysis, property valuation, lease administration, and property operations is expected. Knowledge, Skills Experience
