Finance Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analytical reports.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Work with different departments to collect, validate, and analyze financial information.
- Support management with data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving and business improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow internal finance processes.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical models.

What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 14 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A;, MIS, Accounting, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel,



including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
- Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- Experience with Power BI / Tableau.
- Knowledge of SAP / Oracle / ERP systems.
- Exposure to financial modeling and FP&A.;
- Knowledge of SQL or other data-analysis tools.
- Experience in preparing management dashboards and business reports.
