Job Purpose To manage the accounting, period-end close and financial reporting activities of three EU HQ legal entities from India, ensuring accurate books of account, timely financial closure, complete balance sheet reconciliations, effective internal controls and adherence to group accounting policies. The role will also manage treasury and banking operations, credit management, governance and statutory coordination, and support planning, forecasting and management reporting requirements through close coordination primarily with finance and support teams based in India.

This position is primarily responsible for accounting, period-end close and financial reporting for three European legal entities. The role also covers treasury and banking operations, credit management, governance and statutory coordination, and FP&A; and management reporting support. The position operates as a single-member finance role from India and requires close coordination primarily with India-based Finance, FP&A;, Treasury, Shared Services and other support teams, with need-based interaction with European stakeholders and external advisers.

Accountability

Supporting Actions/ Tasks

Accounting, Close and Financial Reporting

Manage general ledger accounting, vendor invoice accounting and coordination, employee expense accounting, payroll entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions, fixed asset accounting and depreciation, intercompany accounting and reconciliations, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, HQ allocations and recharge billing. Own monthly,



quarterly and annual close activities; investigate ageing and unusual items; maintain close checklists; and prepare accurate entity-level trial balances, reporting schedules and statutory accounting support.

Treasury, Banking and Payments

Manage cash monitoring, KYC coordination, banking administration, payment processing, intercompany payment support, cash-position reporting and related bank documentation in accordance with approved authority limits and maker-checker controls.

Credit Management

Perform customer credit reviews, administer credit limits, coordinate credit insurance and Coface requirements, support order-release approvals and credit committee requirements, and monitor and report overdue balances. Maintain credit records and coordinate timely resolution of credit matters with relevant India-based and European stakeholders.

Governance, Statutory Coordination and Audit

Coordinate AGM and Board meeting requirements, dividend administration, statutory reporting, and internal and external audit requirements. Maintain audit-ready schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation and evidence of key controls; coordinate with auditors, statutory advisers and corporate service providers; and support timely closure of audit observations.

FP&A; and Management Reporting

Coordinate annual budgets, periodic forecasts and interim forecast updates; prepare monthly reporting, budget-versus-actual and variance analysis, entity-level management information and ad hoc financial analysis; and support India-based FP&A; and Finance teams with timely and accurate financial information.
