Key Responsibilities

- Daily Ledger Governance: Supervise corporate bookkeeping, voucher entries, accounts payable (vendor management), and payroll processing.

- Reconciliations: Guarantee strict, regular execution of bank reconciliations, vendor ledger statements, and customer balances.

- Taxation Groundwork: Compute and assemble data inputs for monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS extractions, and employee statutory deductions (PF/ESI).

- Team Supervision: Mentor, guide, and evaluate the performance of junior executive accountants and data entry clerks.

- Month-End Closing: Finalize trial balances and provide supported documentation to the controller team for audit cycles.

- Statutory Compliance: Direct compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), the Companies Act 2013, GST laws, Income Tax (TDS/TCS), and transfer pricing rules.

- Financial Reporting: Formulate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,



alongside deep-dive Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Board and CRO

- Audit Governance: Manage, coordinate, and stream internal, statutory, and tax audits with external audit entities.

- Risk & Controls: Design and enforce strict Internal Financial Controls (IFC) to prevent leakages and secure enterprise governance.

- Budgeting & Planning: Oversee the corporate operating budget, perform financial variance analysis, and implement cash flow optimization strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
