Role Description The Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves assessing the company’s financial health, developing financial plans, and advising on strategies to optimize cash flow, profitability, and long-term growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, evaluating investment options, preparing forecasts and budgets, and supporting retirement and benefit planning for employees as needed.

The Financial

Advisor will collaborate with management to align financial strategies with business objectives,



ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and present clear reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to design and implement effective financial strategies.

Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze opportunities and manage risk.

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CA) are an advantage.

Ability to interpret finance data, prepare clear reports, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders at different levels.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical financial practices.
