About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Finance Trainer to deliver industry-oriented finance training to college students. The trainer will be responsible for making finance concepts practical, engaging, and relevant to real-world business and BFSI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom training on core Finance and BFSI concepts.
- Explain concepts using practical examples, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Prepare and deliver structured training sessions as per the course curriculum.
- Conduct activities, assessments, and practical exercises to ensure student understanding.
- Guide students on industry practices, career opportunities, and relevant skills.
- Maintain student engagement and provide feedback on their progress.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding training schedules, curriculum, and student requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Banking, BFSI and Financial Markets.




- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Practical industry experience will be preferred.
- Experience in training college students / graduates is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel, Financial Modelling, Investment Banking, Accounting or Financial Analysis will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- MBA Finance / M.Com / CA / CFA / FRM / equivalent qualification, or relevant industry experience.
- Candidates with strong practical finance experience and prior training experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience2+ years of experience in Finance/BFSI training, teaching, or relevant industry roles. Location RequirementCandidates should be based in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad or be comfortable travelling to colleges/institutes within the region.
