Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Operations Specialist to manage backend operations and finance support, Use Microsoft Excel extensively for accounting, reconciliation, analysis, reporting, and data validation . including timesheets, invoicing, POs, payroll inputs, and MIS reporting. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and validate daily/monthly timesheets
- Generate invoices as per contracts and approvals
- Track sales/purchase invoices and maintain records
- Create and process transportation purchase orders
- Handle breakdown coordination and ensure closure
- Identify mismatches and investigate the underlying reasons.




- Reconcile financial and operational data
- Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Maintain ERP updates and audit-ready documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure SLA adherence and proactive issue escalation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Business
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations/accounts
- Robust Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Quick dice/Tally/Oracle)
