Role Description The Finance Project Manager at Orin Group is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role oversees financial planning and control for projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

The Finance Project

Manager prepares and reviews financial reports, coordinates with project and operations teams to align financial objectives with project milestones, and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, analyzing project profitability, supporting audits,



and recommending improvements to financial processes. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions and long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage project-related financial activities.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Reporting, including preparing and analyzing project financial statements.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and provide transparent, actionable recommendations.
- Experience with ERP or financial management tools and solid knowledge of MS Excel or similar software.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project finance, preferably in manufacturing, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative, detail-oriented working style.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
