Position: Finance Head – Project Finance & Legal Industry: Solar Energy / Solar EPCLocation: Mumbai (Powai)Experience: 4 to 5 years Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CFA / LLB preferred Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred Key Requirement Solar / Renewable Energy Project Finance experience is mandatory, along with relevant Legal experience. We are looking for Project Finance Head / Project Finance Analyst profile. The candidate should have strong exposure to Solar Project Finance, financial planning, project funding, commercial/legal documentation, contracts and legal matters related to solar projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage project finance and commercial functions, excluding routine accounting operations. Strong experience in Solar Project Finance and Solar EPC financial management. Manage project-wise cash flow, budgeting, working capital and financial planning.

Prepare and monitor CAPEX and OPEX financial models. Handle project costing, profitability analysis and financial feasibility. Manage project funding, debt/equity requirements, banking relationships and working capital facilities.

Strong understanding of PPA, project finance structures and renewable energy business models. Review and manage PPA, EPC agreements, vendor agreements, client contracts, loan/funding documentation and other commercial agreements.



Coordinate with external legal consultants and advocates on project-related legal matters.

Identify and manage contractual, commercial and legal risks associated with solar projects. Handle legal documentation, contract negotiations and compliance related to projects. Monitor project-wise revenue, expenses, margins, receivables and financial commitments.

Manage cash-flow forecasting and fund allocation across projects. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors, consultants and legal advisors. Support management in project structuring, commercial negotiations and strategic financial decisions.

Lead financial planning, cost optimization and risk management.

Candidate

Profile8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance / Project Finance / Commercial / Legal functions.

Mandatory

Solar / Renewable Energy Project Finance experience. Legal experience related to projects/contracts is mandatory. Strong experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure. Should have experience working directly with promoters/management.

Strong knowledge of project finance, cash-flow management, financial modelling, CAPEX/OPEX, project funding, PPA and contract management. Solid negotiation, analytical and commercial decision-making skills. If interested share your CV at [email protected]
