We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting hiring .

The ideal candidate should have successfully handled end-to-end recruitment for finance and accounting positions and should have a robust understanding of the relevant talent market.

- General Ledger (GL)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (OTC)
- Taxation
- Treasury
- Audit
- FP&A;
- Financial Analyst
- Controllership
- Other Finance & Accounting functions

? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Accounting positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment channels




- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates against role requirements
- Build and maintain a strong finance talent pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Handle multiple positions simultaneously and drive closures within timelines
- Strong understanding of finance job profiles, skill sets and market availability is essential

? What We Are Looking For:

✅ 5–10 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience

✅ Strong experience specifically in Finance & Accounting hiring

✅ Experience hiring for AP, AR, R2R, P2P, OTC, Tax, Audit, Treasury, FP&A;, GL, etc.

✅ Strong sourcing and screening skills

✅ Good stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Mumbai / Navi Mumbai local candidates only

✅ Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred
