We are looking for a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, support financial planning, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and finance-related activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment records, and financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and control.
Support financial forecasting and cash-flow planning.
Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare MIS and other finance-related reports for management.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost control.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
