Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager with expertise in SAP FI/CO to join our dynamic finance team working in RISE with SAP environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of forecasts, budget plans, and variance analysis.
- SAP FI/CO Management: Utilize SAP FI/CO for financial reporting, controlling, and accounting functions, ensuring the system’s effective utilization for financial processes.
- Cost Control: Monitor and manage the company’s cost structures and provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits with minimal discrepancies.
- Financial Analysis:



Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes and business growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.

Qualifications :-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA, or semi qualified preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance management, with significant exposure to SAP FI/CO modules.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel, Chat GPT, Power BI and other AI / financial analysis tools.
- Analytical Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
