Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee the hospital’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic and clinical objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to leadership. The role will also focus on cost control, revenue analysis, and financial performance metrics, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

The Finance

Manager will collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to optimize resource allocation and support capital projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for healthcare or large service organizations.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, cost control, and revenue optimization, including proficiency with financial reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounting, cash flow management, and adherence to compliance, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in using ERP or hospital information systems, spreadsheets, and other financial software with strong data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions in a high-volume environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, preferably in hospitals, healthcare, or large multispecialty institutions, will be beneficial.
