Finance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing hotel finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and monthly closing.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and cost controls.
- Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants.
- Monitor inventory, payroll accounting, and financial controls.
- Lead and support the Finance & Accounts team.
- Provide financial insights to the General Manager and management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce,



or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of hotel finance, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good MS Excel and accounting software skills.
- Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
