We are looking for a CA / MBA in Finance to join our team as a Finance Manager.
Please note: We are specifically looking for a Finance Manager — not an Accounts Manager. The role will focus on managing the company’s overall financial planning, cash flow, fund management, working capital, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor overall cash inflows and outflows
- Prepare and manage cash flow and fund planning
- Monitor and optimize working capital
- Manage and monitor inventory and stock reconciliation
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
- Monitor fund utilization and financial requirements
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls
- Take complete responsibilities of the company’s finance function
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: CA / MBA in Finance
- Experience: 2–5 years preferred
- Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, financial planning, and inventory management
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
- Ability to independently manage the company’s finance function
