Business Finance Qualification: Pursuing CARole Overview Moneyview is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Business Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial analysis, business performance evaluation, cost optimisation and cross-functional finance initiatives. The candidate will work closely with various business teams and support data-driven decision-making, process improvement and automation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities• Perform variance and trend analysis across key financial and business metrics.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance trends, exceptions and areas requiring attention.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis and tracking of relevant cost drivers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant financial insights.
- Assist in preparing periodic business and financial analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing finance workflows.
- Use Excel, Power BI and Gen AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of financial analysis and reporting.
- Support ad hoc business finance projects and analyses based on organizational requirements. Eligibility and Skills• Article ship experience with a Big Four firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Gen AI tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly.
