Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance professional with relevant experience in Ind AS financial reporting, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The role involves supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and coordinating with auditors for timely closure and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Preparation of Ind AS financial statements for 4 companies on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Ind AS reporting requirements and financial disclosure standards.
- Assist in the monthly preparation of MIS reports under the guidance of the Senior Manager Finance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities,



including reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors, ensuring timely sharing of data, documentation, and audit clarifications.
- Assist in preparation of audit-related workings, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Manager Finance as required.

Key Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification (CA Inter preferred).
- Strong understanding of Ind AS Financial Statements and reporting requirements.
- Experience in preparation of quarterly and annual financials.
- Knowledge of month-end/year-end closure activities and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting formats.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
