Finance & Compliance Executive

Job Overview

Finance & Compliance Executive to support the Company's finance, statutory, and regulatory functions.

This is not a routine accounting position. The role requires a candidate who can confidently handle statutory matters, coordinate with government authorities and skilled advisors, manage official documentation, and represent the Company before external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the Company before government, regulatory, and statutory authorities, including the Income Tax Department, GST Department, and other relevant authorities.
- Manage departmental notices, official communications, assessments, hearings, and coordinate the timely preparation and submission of responses and supporting documents.
- Liaise effectively with Chartered Accountants, auditors, legal advisors, banks, consultants, government officials,



and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory, financial, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team and other departments to obtain information and documentation required for statutory and official matters.
- Maintain and organize records, correspondence, submissions, and documentation relating to finance and compliance matters.
- Undertake visits to government offices, banks/financial institutions, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide support to Management on finance, compliance, operational, and strategic assignments.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as entrusted by Management from time to time.
