Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Kochi.

The Finance

Executive will manage day-to-day financial activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves handling financial reporting, monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring timely and accurate compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory requirements.

Executive will analyze financial data to support management decisions,



coordinate with internal teams and external auditors, and contribute to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and the preparation of Financial Statements.
- Experience in Financial Reporting and supporting audits and compliance activities.
- Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently as well as within a cooperative team environment.
- Effective communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
