Skills DNA is hiring a Finance Executive – EXIM & MIS for a reputed client in the manufacturing sector.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Bidadi, Karnataka, for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, and/or Export-Import (EXIM) operations.

We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on proficiency in MS Excel and practical experience in Export & Import (EXIM) operations, documentation, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities related to business operations.
- Manage and maintain Export & Import (EXIM) documentation and transaction records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, financial documents, reconciliations, and supporting records.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions and related documentation.
- Analyse financial and transactional data and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders for finance and EXIM-related requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of financial and EXIM records.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts with hands-on exposure to EXIM operations.




- Robust hands-on proficiency in MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of Export & Import (EXIM) processes and documentation.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with hands-on experience across Finance and EXIM will be preferred.

Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA; compensation may be flexible for exceptional candidates based on relevant experience and skill set. Job Location: Bidadi, Karnataka
