Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to oversee the complete finance and accounting operations of a luxury 5-star hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have robust hospitality finance experience, excellent knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Finance & Accounting operations of the hotel.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and accounting standards.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivables, general ledger, payroll accounting, and reconciliations.
- Monitor F&B; cost, inventory, purchase and operational expenses.
- Partner with the General Manager and department heads on financial planning and business decisions.




- Lead and mentor the finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.

Requirements
- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of overall finance experience, preferably with strong experience in the 5-star/luxury hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel finance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, taxation and audit processes.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring a finance team.

Salary: ₹20–25 LPA
