We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team with day-to-day accounting, documentation, reconciliations and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update purchase and sales invoices.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining expense records.
- Support bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other tax-related documentation.
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of payments and receipts.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking.
- Follow up internally for pending invoices and required documents.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain digital and physical accounting records.
- Support the accounts team during month-end and year-end closing.
- Perform data entry and maintain Excel-based financial trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be an advantage.

- Willingness to learn accounting software and processes.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or a related course.
- Freshers and candidates pursuing their final year can apply.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST invoicing and reconciliation.
- Prior internship or practical exposure to accounting will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be responsible, organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn, with an interest in building a career in accounting and finance. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
