Role Description

This is a full time on site role and we are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support timely statutory and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including recording and maintaining financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Handle GST-related activities, including GST calculations, documentation, and coordination for timely

filings.




- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups and vendor/customer records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external accountants/auditors on finance-related

matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Hands-on experience working with Tally Prime software.
- Hands-on knowledge of corporate taxation and corporate compliances
- Positive working knowledge of GST, invoicing, taxation, and accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
