Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Final Quality Inspector (FQI) to ensure that every motorcycle is thoroughly inspected after service and is ready for delivery as per Royal Enfield quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the final quality inspection of serviced motorcycles before delivery.
- Conduct a complete final inspection as per the prescribed FQI checklist and service standards.
- Carry out post-service test rides to verify vehicle performance, handling, braking, noise, and other functional aspects.
- Check for any mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or service-related issues.
- Identify repeat repairs, unresolved complaints, and quality-related concerns.
- Coordinate with technicians and the Service Advisor for rectification of identified issues.
- Re-inspect the vehicle after rectification to ensure the concern has been properly resolved.
- Ensure that no vehicle is delivered to the customer without completing the required quality checks.
- Maintain proper records of inspection findings and quality concerns.




- Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the Works Manager / Service Manager.
- Support the service team in improving first-time-right repairs and reducing repeat complaints.
- Ensure adherence to Royal Enfield service processes, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Assist in identifying quality-related training requirements for technicians and service staff.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through proper final quality control.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service, preferably in two-wheelers.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and their major systems.
- Valuable understanding of vehicle inspection and troubleshooting.
- Ability to conduct and evaluate motorcycle test rides.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with relevant technical experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
