About BiboTech BiboTech, headquartered in Belgium, designs and manufactures automated kegging and canning equipment for craft breweries around the world. Our machines run on precision, and our team is small enough that every engineer's work ends up on a real production floor - not buried in a slide deck. We're growing our footprint and looking for a mechanical engineer who wants ownership, not just task.

The Role We're hiring a Design Mechanical Engineer to work remotely from India. You'll have full ownership, from design to manufacturing, take on packaging line design work end-to-end - from concept and layout through to detailed mechanical design, following prototype and series manufacturing, with a focus on beverage filling systems. If you understand how carbonation, pressure, and flow interact inside a filling process, you'll feel at home here fast.

This isn't a satellite role. You'll be in daily contact with our Belgium-based team, working on live projects for breweries across Europe and beyond, with sporadic trips to our HQ in Belgium to stay connected with the hardware and the people building it.

We outsource the manufacturing via partners in Europe, India, and China.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop components and subsystems for automated packaging lines (canning and kegging)
- Work on beer filling systems, with attention to carbonated beverage handling — pressure control, foam management, fill accuracy, CO₂ pickup
- Produce detailed mechanical drawings, tolerancing, and specifications ready for fabrication




- Collaborate remotely with electromechanical technicians and engineers in Belgium on design reviews, troubleshooting, and iteration
- Support prototyping and testing cycles, translating field/workshop feedback into design improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of throughput, reliability, and manufacturability across the product line

What We're Looking For

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)
- Proven experience designing packaging or filling line equipment — beer filling or carbonated beverage handling strongly preferred
- Solid grasp of fluid dynamics, pressure systems, and mechanical design fundamentals as they apply to liquid filling
- Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent) and GD&T;
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, with solid communication skills across time zones and languages
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium for project milestones, design reviews, or commissioning support
- English fluency required; French is a plus
