Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site induction, post-specific orientation, and hands-on training for newly deployed and existing security guards at client locations.

- Evaluate guard performance in real working conditions and provide immediate coaching on alertness, discipline, grooming, communication, and adherence to site instructions.

- Monitor compliance with post orders, security procedures, client requirements, licensing standards, uniform standards, and equipment readiness.

- Carry out post inspections, compliance audits, and field observations to identify training gaps and operational weaknesses.

- Deliver refresher, remedial, and cross-training sessions to improve guard capability and maintain service consistency across sites.

- Prepare training records, evaluation reports, site visit notes, and weekly or periodic updates for operations management.

- Coordinate with operations managers, site supervisors,



and client representatives to address performance issues and maintain service standards.

- Support incident debriefs, probation reviews, and corrective action processes by identifying root causes and recommending focused retraining.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
