• Explain the purpose of the survey and obtain customer cooperation.

• Accurately record information on mobile apps/tablets.

• Identify and report anomalies such as vacant properties, unauthorized connections, or changes in property usage.

• Escalate any challenges or unresponsive households to the supervisor.

• Ensure daily reporting of survey progress and completed records.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow survey protocols strictly.
