Role Description This full time, on-site Field Services Engineer role is based in Bengaluru.

The Field Services

Engineer will install, commission, and maintain poultry automation equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and providing hands-on technical support to resolve equipment and system problems. The role will involve regular customer visits, training end users on proper operation and care of equipment,



and documenting service activities and reports.

The Field Services

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, contribute feedback for product improvements, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong field service skills, including on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support for electromechanical or automation systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on clear communication and relationship building.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation or poultry farm equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and prepare accurate service documentation.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and work in farm or industrial environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to safety practices, and capability to work independently or as part of a team.
