ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Robust ability to problem solving and troubleshooting hardware & software functionality.
- Understand customer control loop tuning and customization of each clients control strategy.
- Cultivate customer satisfaction through ensuring prompt customer response times and problem resolution.
- Interface with internal groups regarding optimization and resolution of software bugs and hardware issues
- Perform Bioreactor SAT and IQ/OQ Protocols execution
- Provides regular updates to management on customer requests for new products and on competitive activity; provide customer feedback to hardware and software groups
- Maintain a high level of integrity with existing and potential client base.

MISC FUNCTIONS





- Maximize the service potential for revenue and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement technical assistance and product training to Sales group
- Obtain customer software backups as necessary
- Generate Field Service Reports and Billing Reports
- Generate SOPs and validation protocols as required
- Interface technically & assist in demonstration of

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Factory training for Emerson DeltaV software & components to include bus technology.
- Knowledgeable in Emerson Delta V control package, Singel use Bioreactor ,fermentor and temperature control unit
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude always.
