Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for our manufactured products and machinery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations for installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of company products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical guidance to customers.
- Identify service requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the Production, R&D;, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Collect customer feedback and report technical issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer service documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls and activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
- Support product testing, validation, and field trials when required.
- Travel regularly to customer locations as per business requirements.

Educational Qualification





- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service activities.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing, machinery, agricultural equipment, industrial equipment, or R&D; environments will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently at customer sites.
- Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates with strong hands-on technical skills and experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer-site service are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
