Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for generating and managing business opportunities for industrial supplies across assigned territories. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, conducting virtual and phone-based client meetings, presenting product offerings, and preparing quotations or proposals.

The role involves maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery, and ensuring timely order closure.

The Field Sales

Specialist will also provide ongoing customer support, gather market feedback, and document activities in sales systems or CRM tools.



Collaboration with operations, logistics, and management teams is expected to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and manage inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, convert prospects, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to handle pipelines, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in field or remote sales, preferably in industrial products, B2B, or related sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, organize schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking software.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn product details, market trends, and customer requirements to provide informed recommendations.
