Job Title: Executive Sales

JOB PURPOSE : A Field Sales Executive – responsible for achieving the annual sales target department wise as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Qualification : Graduation in any stream.

Experience : 2-3 years of industry sales experience.

JOB LOCATION & NATURE :

Location : All Bihar - Regions

Nature : 100% Field role with frequent client visits

SALARY & PERKS :

Salary : Up to ₹22,000 per month (6 Month Probation Period only)

Probation & Compensation Policy : Salary will be up to ₹20,000 per month during the 6-month probation period only. Upon successful completion of probation and based on satisfactory performance,



salary will be revised to up to ₹25,000 per month.

WORK SCHEDULE :

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday off)

Office Timings : Office Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Note: Working hours may be flexible depending upon customer site location, meeting schedule, and operational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To work to over – achieve set target.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conference.
- Negotiate/close delas and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with clients.

SKILLS &

COMPETENCIES :

- Proven experience as executive sales or relevant role.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experiences with CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

- Valid Driving License.
- Own two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter).

- Willingness for 100% field travel across Bihar.
- Physically fit for field work. (No medical condition)
