Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Officer role based in the Pathanamthitta district.

The Field Sales

Officer will visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to promote and sell Navani Meditex products,



build new business relationships, and expand market reach. The role involves meeting with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting product solutions, and negotiating orders in line with company policies.

Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing regular reports, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support. The role also includes monitoring market trends, gathering feedback from customers, and representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

- Visit customers, dealers, and potential clients in assigned areas
- Promote company products and explain features and advantages
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market and competitor information
- Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
