Role Description The Field Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. This role involves visiting existing and prospective clients, presenting product offerings, and promoting bitumen solutions that meet project requirements.

The Field Sales

Officer will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, coordinate with internal teams for pricing and delivery, and track market trends and competitor activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, resolving customer queries, preparing sales reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and pending orders.



The role also requires regular field travel within the assigned territory to build market presence and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within construction materials or related industries.
- Candidates should possess Client Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to client needs, handle issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in field sales, industrial products, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region and work independently in an in office, field-focused environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Google Workspace and reporting tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and sales documentation.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
