Field Sales Executive — Website Sales (Varanasi)

We're building Nybexa, a platform that gets local businesses in Uttar Pradesh online — salons, clinics, retail shops — with a professional website, their own domain, and online ordering. ₹149/month. No technical knowledge needed from the shop owner; we set the whole thing up.

We're hiring our first field sales executives in Varanasi.

What you'll do

- Visit local businesses in your assigned market area
- Demo the product on your phone — takes 10 minutes
- Complete onboarding on the spot: signup, payment setup, shop details
- Stay in touch with your customers so they keep using it

Compensation

- ₹8,000/month fixed for the first 2 months while you build your base
- 25% recurring commission on every payment your customers make, for 12 months




- Commission is paid monthly and keeps coming as long as your customer stays

This is not a target-reset job. Every customer you sign keeps paying you month after month. Sign 50 active customers and you're earning from all 50, every month, without visiting them again.

What you need

- Prior field sales experience — fintech, telecom, or FMCG strongly preferred
- Own two-wheeler and Android phone
- Fluent Hindi
- Based in Varanasi and know the local markets

If you've onboarded merchants for a payments company, distributed FMCG on a fixed beat, or sold to shop owners before — you already know how to do this job.
