Role & responsibilities :

- Generate current machine sales enquiries and leads through field visits.
- Visit customers, project sites, contractors and business owners.
- Promote Tata Hitachi construction equipment and machinery.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable machine solutions.
- Coordinate machine demonstrations, quotations and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and enquiry targets.
- Maintain regular field visit and sales activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 13 years of experience in field sales/construction equipment/automobile or similar industry preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Meghalaya.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
