Job Summary:

Major Kalshi Classes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive student enrollments and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets and generating business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and promote the institute's courses and programs to prospective students and parents.
- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational partners, and local influencers.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.




- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Education Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence potential customers.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Training industry will be preferred.
- Local market knowledge of Prayagraj and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred.
